The SAR9 series was developed for use in high voltage ATE, where space is at a premium but a high level of performance and reliability is essential. The small package size, 28 x 8mm, is combined with 3 or 5kV isolation and low contact resistance making the S series suitable for high voltage applications at DC and low frequency.
